Dear Student Leader,

The Illini Union is excited to share that Quad Day 2009 will take
place on Sunday, August 23rd from 12:00-4:00pm.  Registration for Quad
Day will begin at 8:30am, Monday, April 6th in 210 Union.  Please
carefully read the details below regarding registration, as details
have changed from last year.

1.  Applications can be found online at www.union.illinois.edu, as
well at 280 and 284 Union.  You must have an application ready when
you come to register your organization.

2.  This year there are two possible registration fees for Quad Day:
       $15 includes registration fee with the organization providing
their own table
       $25 includes registration free plus table rental
    You must indicate your choice on your Quad Day application.

3.  Please know that organizations will be grouped on the Quad based
upon their registered category.  We are aware that in the past, groups
would line up very early thinking their placement on the Quad was
related to the time they registered.  This is no longer the case.

4.  Performance slots are available for
creative/media/athletic/recreation organizations.  If your
organization is interested in performing, please complete the Request
for Performance Time.   Those applications must be turned in no later
than June 30, 2009.

5.  Quad Day registration ends on June 30, 2009.  Late registrations
will not be accepted.

6.  All organizations must currently be listed as active with the
Office of Registered Organizations in order to register.

7.  No refunds will be given for any reason on Quad Day registration
or for table rental.

8.  We are happy to share that we have been able to secure space in
the Illini Union in case of rain.  More information will be available
at a later date regarding the rain location.
