[clearsky] Activity Day 2009 - Tues 1/27, 11 am - 4 pm

Hello Clear Sky Zen-ers,

Activity Day (the indoor version of Quad Day) is coming up at the end of this month.  Clear Sky Zen participated last year and would like to have a table again this year.  Are you interested in sitting at our booth and answering questions about the group?  (Chris, I know you're not available).  Please respond if you ARE interested and also include WHEN you would like to inhabit the booth.  I will be at the table from 1-4 pm, so we definitely need morning volunteers.

What:  Activity Day 2009 - Clear Sky Zen Meditation Group Booth
When:  Tuesday, January 27, 11 am - 4 pm
Where:  Illini Union, Rooms A, B, C and Courtyard Café
What:  Pass out our fliers, add people to the mailing list, and answer basic questions about the group.  A table and pegboard WILL be provided by Illini Union, so all we need to provide are chairs (which I can probably do).

Also, our first sitting of the New Year will be on Wednesday, January 14 @ 7 pm in the Dean Clark Room of the McKinley Foundation (corner of 5th and John).  Whether you're an oldtimer or a newcomer, we would love to see you there.  Maybe there will be cookies?
