[clearsky] Activity Day

Hello Zen-ers,

This coming Tuesday is Activity Day at the Illini
Union (Tues, Jan 22, 11am-4pm, Illini Rooms A, B, C
and Courtyard Café).  It is the indoor version of Quad
Day and is therefore a chance for U of I students,
faculty and the greater community to find out more
about Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and
other activities.

Unfortunately, there is limited space and Clear Sky
Zen was not able to secure a booth.  However, the
Buddhist Society has graciously offered to share their
booth with us in the event that we are not able to get
one on the first come, first serve basis.

Are any of you available to work the booth for an hour
or a couple of hours on Tuesday?  If so, please let me
know (at hholmes2 at uiuc.edu) when you can work:

set-up  10am-11am
11am-noon
noon-1pm
1pm-2pm
2pm-3pm
3pm-4pm
teardown 4pm-4:30pm

I know that Chris and I both have class at 10am, so
that setup hour will be important.
