[clearsky] zen: this Thursday

Hello all,

Clear Sky Zen is happy to be hosting an open sesshin
(extended meditation period) this coming Thursday from
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is an opportunity to try longer
sittings interspersed with periods of walking
meditation and samu (zen-mind work, in our
case---studying).  You may bring your own lunch as we
will be near the kitchen. The sesshin will take place
in the west lounge of the Wesley Methodist Church.
Please feel free to come and go as you please, while
being respectful of those in meditation. There will be
a monitor available for those seeking guidance. 
We hope to see you there.
