[clearsky] Quad Day, Aug. 21st

Hello Clear Sky Zen-ers,

Quad Day is next Tuesday, Aug. 21st.  Just a few
announcements...I found out the offiicial times for
Quad Day are from 10 am until 3 pm.  All of you said
you wanted to be there all day, so i haven't made any
shift assignments.  If it becomes too crowded with all
of us in an 8x8 area, we'll figure it out then.  

Also, after reading the rules more carefully, i found
out that no one is allowed to distribute food or
beverages, so making the tea is out.  I will still
bring water and beverages for us to drink all day,
though.  We also can't be out in the flow of traffic
(i.e. to hand out fliers), but have to stay in our
area.

Ed and i will get us registered at 9 am...if you would
like to help Chris and Eamon set up a table and
chairs, that will happen once we're registered, so
anytime between 9 and 9:45 am, when we're required to
be set up.
